In this brief, the branding and promotion of the sustainable product line was required. Made from the sunny summer of Brisbane, Australia, F@n.cy uses recyclable materials to pursue sustainability and exhibits a variety of customised designs that emphasise personal style and sensory self-expression. Hand fans are not a common accessory, but they want to encourage eco-friendly choices to replace air conditioners by providing solutions with a stylish and practical design, while using recyclable sustainable materials to solve environmental problems.
The brand’s strategy initially targets the younger generation, but expands to all ages and genders, aiming to make it a multi-purpose accessory for everyone to carry a hand fan in the summer through this brand, such as wearing rain boots and carrying an umbrella in the rainy season. F@n.cy can diversify the product line, emphasise the practicality of hand fans, and strengthen marketing efforts to increase awareness and appeal to the wider public.
Through a variety of custom designs offered in the form of subtlely designed image collages, consumers aim to take the lead in introducing sustainable products that inject messages and emphasise the user’s personality and sensory self-expression in fashion. Branding reflects the handmade and organic characteristics of the product, and these features are also revealed in the visual tone of the photographed image.
